No salesmanship! I do not sell buyers houses. How about that for a concept? Instead, I listen to what a buyers needs are and find them a house that matches those needs. Salesmanship does not work in this business. Marketing and listening skills do.
I work weekends as part of my regular full time schedule. I'm human and try to take a day or two off during the week but I am available as needed 24X7. If your best times to see houses are Wednesday and Thursday I will probably suggest another agent to work with you as those tend to be my days off.
